Tour Cancellation and Refunds
If, for any reason, the tour is unable to take place, we will seek to offer participants a refund of tour payments made to Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel, minus any costs already incurred.
These incurred costs may include, but are not limited to, PayPal fees, bank charges, currency conversion fees, administration costs, or any non-refundable payments already made on behalf of the tour.
Please note that participants are responsible for arranging their own flights and travel insurance. We are not able to refund flight costs, airline charges, travel insurance, accommodation booked independently, or any other personal travel expenses.
For this reason, we strongly recommend that each participant arranges suitable travel insurance that covers cancellation, travel disruption, medical needs, and any other relevant risks.
