Helping You Come Home
Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel is part of the international Christian organization Ebenezer Operation Exodus, founded in 1991 with a heartfelt mission: to assist the Jewish people in returning to their homeland, Israel. Rooted in biblical conviction, we believe that it is a meaningful calling for Gentiles to bless Israel and to show love through practical support to the Jewish people.
Across the globe, dedicated Ebenezer teams are working to support Jewish individuals and families throughout their Aliyah journey—offering guidance, encouragement, and hands-on assistance along the way.
Helping You Settle
Returning to Israel is only the first step of the process! We want to be here and available for you as you settle in, build your life, and truly feel at home in the Land.
For this reason, Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel was established. In 2007, we were officially registered as an Israeli Amutah (nonprofit organization). We operate an office in Jerusalem and have continued to expand our work. In 2019, we opened our first home for olim in Haifa, followed by another home in Ashdod in 2024.
It’s not easy moving countries!
We are here to help
- We offer guidance and advice about public and private institutions that can help you get settled.
- We provide practical assistance, such as food shopping cards, for olim facing financial or personal difficulties.
- We operate Haifa House and Beit Yona Ashdod, offering short-term accommodation for new and returning olim during their transition period.

How do we help?
At Ebenezer Israel, hospitality is at the heart of what we do. Through our homes, we welcome Olim and provide a stable, fully equipped place to stay during their first weeks in Israel. Making Aliyah is an exciting step, but it also involves many important decisions. Our homes offer a comfortable base from which you can explore your options, settle into life in Israel, and connect with other Olim who are going through a similar journey.
The Ebenezer Israel Office also welcomes Olim and provides financial support such as food cards to eligible Olim, after they have arrived in Israel. While we may not have all the answers, we are here to support and encourage you. We also connect Olim with trusted organizations that can provide accurate and up-to-date guidance for life in Israel.
If you or someone you know would like to stay in one of our homes or needs support after making Aliyah, we would love to hear from you. If you are still considering Aliyah, feel free to contact our teams in your country—we are here to help you take the next steps.
Are Ebenezer services free of charge?
Yes. The support, practical assistance, and financial aid provided by Ebenezer are offered free of charge.
To help us understand each situation and determine the most appropriate way to assist, we ask Olim to complete an application form. This allows us to assess individual needs and consider what support may be suitable.
Our houses are also supported primarily through donations, allowing us to keep accommodation costs low. For information regarding price to stay in one of the Ebenezer houses, please click the tab “Houses”.
Please note: We carefully consider each request individually.
All assistance is offered at Ebenezer’s discretion and may be modified, limited, or declined based on individual circumstances and available resources.
