Cancellation and Refund Policy for Tours with Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel:
Thank you for choosing Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel for your tour experience. We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel your reservation. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:
1. Refund Eligibility:
– Up to 28 days before the tour start date: A full refund will be provided, minus a $30 registration charge.
– Between 28 and 14 days before the tour start date: A half refund will be provided, minus the $30 registration charge.
– Within 14 days of the tour start date: No refund will be provided.
2. Cancellation Procedure:
– To cancel your reservation, please notify us in writing via email, office@ebenezer.org.il providing your full name, tour details, and reason for cancellation.
– We recommend canceling as soon as possible to ensure eligibility for the applicable refund.
3. Refund Processing:
– Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving your cancellation request.
– The refunded amount will be issued to the original payment method used during the booking process.
– Please note that any processing fees imposed by your bank or financial institution are beyond our control and may not be refundable.
4. Partial Refunds:
– If you participated in any part of the tour and choose to cancel early, no refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour.
– In the event of a group tour, refunds will be calculated based on the individual’s cancellation rather than the entire group.
5. Tour Modifications:
– If you wish to modify your tour dates or itinerary, it will be treated as a cancellation and subject to the terms mentioned above.
– We will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any additional costs associated with the modifications.
6. Force Majeure:
– In the unlikely event that Ebenezer Operation Exodus Israel needs to cancel the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, or any other force majeure event, we will provide a full refund of the tour cost.
– We will not be liable for any additional expenses or losses incurred due to the cancellation, such as airfare, accommodation, or other related expenses.
